 I have observed Jim facilitate multiple meetings and multiple topics. His ability to connect with the participants greatly enhances their contributions and, as a result, the value of the meeting. Jim has a unique ability to work with large groups from competing industries to facilitate a congenial conversation and produce a positive outcome. He has also been able to bring together groups from the same industry with diverse opinions on policy issues to gain consensus on recommendations for addressing very complex issues. He sets clear goals for meetings, ensures everyone understands and agrees to the goals, creates a clear path for achieving the goals, always makes participants feel their opinions are valuable and, ultimately, achieves the goals of each meeting.
